Decoiling
SOPREM’s smallest decoilers are suitable for a max. coil weight of 30 kg and 100 kg respectively, ideal in the watch-making and small electronic components industries. Options include different loop controls, paper decoiling and rewinding as well as double decoilers.
Straightening
Straightening conserves tools producing more accurate components. As the strip is fed over the loop into the roller feed without any pulling force, higher production rates can be achieved.
Part levellers can be used with lasers. The parts cut by laser must often be straightened afterwards. Soprem uses Schbert Straightening Systems.
