VIBURR® 2016EC
A low cost, compact, single phase 230v 50Hz, ultra quiet, portable and vibratory de-burring machine with a 2mm thick durable steel casing and sound proof lining to reduce de-burring noise levels to around 80 decibels.
Its 2,700 rpm vibratory eccentric shaft produces the same high energy action as larger equipment and gives the same high quality finish. It is ideal for a variety of metal finishing jobs, from coarse grinding to delicate polishing. It can be used on steel tubing, pressings, stampings, castings, precision engineered products, gear wheels, scissors, cutting tools and a multitude of other products up to 450mm long for de-burring, burnishing, cleaning, descaling, polishing, degreasing and flash removal.
A single phase 230V parts and media separator is also available as an option separating parts and media in 30–90 seconds using 9.5mm, 16mm, 22.2mm, 38mm or 51mm wire mesh screens.
D-BUR-R 131-E
A versatile de-burring machine designed for use on most materials, but excellent on stainless steel, usually difficult to de-burr using other methods.
It removes the burrs and scallops caused by guillotine squaring shears or CNC punch presses, regardless of whether the burr is on the top or bottom. It smoothes the sheared edges of shaker parts at speeds up to 20m.per minute in one pass deburring the top edge, the face and the bottom edge of sheared sheets.
This machine is superb on mild steel, aluminium, brass, galvanised steel and other metal components, removing tool deformation marks, pips, nibs and micro-joints in just one pass and in material thicknesses from 0.5–6.5mm and up to 1.2m wide.
