Dimeco FLEXILINES

Designed to specific customer requirements, incorporating user friendly cutting edge technologies in coil feeding, bending and punching, forming and laser assembly techniques. Ideal for working with standard and pre-painted steels, mirror finish aluminium and copper, and ideal for manufacturing lighting equipment, white goods, furniture, shelving, building and electrical cabinets as well as automotive components.

Each FLEXILINE combines a range of superb standard flexible products:

  • Flexipress under-cranked press drives punching tools through pneumatic tool selectors controlled by the MICROFEED control unit at high speeds.
  • Flexipunch for punching and forming versatility as very diverse parts can be produced: in any lengths from 20 - 800mm wide and 3mm thick in mild, pre-coated, galvanized steels, aluminium or even with plastic film coatings. Can also perform special operations like threading, bending or drawing.
  • Decopunch converts a standard mechanical press into a 2 axis "FLEXIPUNCH" by adding an NC roll feeder and an NC traverse slide with a removable cassette fitted with cartridge tools.
  • Linapunch with one or two punching heads, auto indexing, NC traverse motion, driving a set of 12 to 24 "thick turret" cartridge tools through full CNC program.
  • Dimeform a "flap folding" or "wing bending" machine, producing positive and negative bends on all four sides of a blank.
